Job Opening: Support Professional

We seek a skilled associate to assist clients with software issues.

This entry-level position provides support for our clients in the use, functionality, and understanding of our products and databases for common issues.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot client inquiries regarding software issues while providing excellent customer service.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and manage multiple client inquiries from a varied group of clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product features and functionality by reviewing new releases and testing new issues.
  • Evaluate software performance to ensure it meets client business requirements.
  • Create or enhance documentation throughout the support process.
Requirements
  • College degree or comparable work experience, preferably in accounting or finance.
  • Familiarity with payroll/accounting principles.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with computers and contemporary online applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective analytical ability, particularly in a technical environment.
