Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a Customer Experience Team to improve customer shopping experiences.
  • Represent customer interests and emphasize feedback insights in business decisions.
  • Monitor and report customer experience metrics; ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric solutions and manage escalation processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Key Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong grasp of English, including spoken and written communication.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to lead and manage team members.
  • Good problem-solving skills with confidence when facing challenges.
