Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Solutions Engineer, responsible for delivering data extraction and custom report building services to our premium clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Customer Success organization to provide mission-critical data at scale.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with HTML or another programming language, as well as expertise in JavaScript and JQ. They should also possess high proficiency in English both spoken and written, and be able to work cross-functionally with multiple ongoing deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience with HTML or another programming language.
  • Experience with JavaScript and JQ.
  • Ability to have a 4 hour overlap with PST timezone.

About The Role

This role focuses on delivering data extraction and custom report building for our premium group of customers. You'll be working closely with our broader Customer Success organization to help our users efficiently receive mission-critical data at scale.

You'll be responsible for owning end deliverables of projects for our managed clients, ensuring they meet client expectations. You'll also be an internal technical expert focusing on automation workflows, data extraction, and customization using our robots.

What You'll Do

  2. Be an internal technical expert focusing on automation workflows, data extraction, and customization using our robots.
  3. Utilize Regex, XPath, and JQ for data scraping, manipulation, and formatting.
  4. Work with automation tools such as Zapier and N8N to process data and create end-to-end workflows for data extraction, integration, and delivery.
  5. Perform extensive QA testing to ensure robots are functioning properly prior to client delivery.
