Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

The role of Data and Systems Analyst is pivotal in driving informed decision-making across various programs.
This is a full-time, 100% remote position that involves managing and coordinating integration, updates, and software system customization needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage software system customization needs and serve as the primary point of contact for updates to forms, fields, or processes.
- Analyze data from multiple sources including EMR, CRM, internal surveys, and post-treatment follow-up platforms.
- Conduct regular audits of client charts to ensure all expected data points are present and complete.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data across platforms or within client records.
- Proactively follow up with staff to rectify missing or incomplete data and ensure compliance with documentation expectations.
- Develop automated reports for clinical, operational, and strategic decision-making.
- Recommend and implement new tools, integrations, or process improvements to streamline data reporting and collection.
- Track key outcome and operational metrics such as patient acuity and clinical screening scores.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and insights clearly.
- Assist departments in interpreting data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or systems analysis, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health setting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and EMR/CRM data extraction.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and behavioral health documentation and outcome measures.
