Job Overview

The role of a Specialist, Employee Communications is to craft and disseminate employee communications messages. This involves distilling complex ideas and business strategies into relevant and engaging content tailored to the target audience.

This position requires strong writing and editing skills to help tell the story of the organization through day-to-day communication tactics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating various types of employee communications materials, including digital, print collateral, intranet articles, processes, job aids, etc.

A key member of the global employee communications team, you'll play an important role in positioning and promoting the organization's voice through traditional and digital channels.
