We are seeking an accomplished Senior Executive – Merchandising to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze consumer demand and project future requirements through thorough data examination.

  2. Ensure seamless order fulfillment by placing vendor orders and monitoring product availability.

  3. Monitor competitor pricing and promotions regularly and adjust prices accordingly.

  4. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to drive promotional activities and boost brand visibility.

  5. Develop effective strategies with the team to revitalize underperforming products.

  6. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and financial institutions for contract negotiations and payment processing.

  7. Support forecasting efforts and recommend strategic budget allocations for various categories.

  8. Create product listings, manage pricing, and execute purchase orders through the SAP platform.

  9. Implement targeted promotions and price adjustments for stores using the ETP system.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in product marketing or relationship management.

  • Familiarity with SAP is preferred, especially in similar product categories.

  • Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and stay focused under pressure.

  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and achieve results-oriented outcomes.
