Job Description:

A Senior Credit Specialist plays a vital role in the financial services sector, providing exceptional service to customers and retailers. They are responsible for managing lending operations, ensuring timely processing of applications, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver first-class customer experiences through prompt and courteous service.
  • Support Sales & Service teams by responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information on lending policies and procedures.
  • Process and verify credit applications, conducting thorough assessments and making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and action lending emails and faxes in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalations from business development managers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing accurate information on lending products and services.
  • Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and make sound lending decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
