Job Title: Deductions Associate

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Deductions Associate and contribute to our team's success.

  • Gather required backup documentation from distributor, direct, and logistics portals.
  • Track missing deduction backup items using an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Communicate with engineers when issues arise related to web scrapers.
  • Maintain manuals for each distributor and direct account, detailing customer portal information.
  • Prepare and send email reports to clients regarding status updates twice a month.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support as needed.
Requirements:

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in Trade Promotion Management.
  • A background or education in Accounting.
  • Flexibility to work shifts aligned with PST, MST, EST timezones.
  • Business level English fluency is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of SaaS products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite, is preferred.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment and adaptability to change are valuable assets.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • A strong desire to learn and serve customers, fostering win-win partnerships.
