Job Role Overview

The role of a Project Lead is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured work environment and enjoys taking ownership of workflows and stakeholder communication.

  • Audit and convert existing open files into organized projects with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation for project status reviews.
  • Create and manage external-facing status updates for stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering proactive updates on a consistent schedule.

Requirements include recent experience using project management tools, a proven background in project leadership, business administration, or operations, exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will have a professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic, and will be able to work closely with a seasoned team member in a specialized field.
