  • Act as first point of contact for escalated issues, resolving client concerns and implementing solutions.
  • Encourage ongoing learning and growth within the team.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience as an assistant supporting high-level executives or leaders in a large corporation.
  • Proven experience in supervisory roles with remote team management and coaching.
  • Strong ability to guide and motivate team members, helping them achieve goals and grow.
  • Broad understanding of various industries and adaptability to learn new fields.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering clear feedback.
  • Experience with remote work tools and platforms, managing teams across time zones.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving processes.
