Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to fill the role of Team Leader.

  • Drive business growth by achieving performance metrics, telephony targets, utilization, productivity, attendance and attrition goals.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities including attendance tracking, queue administration, and corrective delivery initiatives.
  • Influence team performance by developing, training, and mentoring team members.
  • Strengthen relationships by establishing and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members; understanding needs, resolving issues, and meeting expectations.
  • Boost morale by implementing motivational programs and encouraging recognition.
  • Impact the bottom line by producing solid and effective strategies based on accurate data reports and analysis.
  • Define company reputation by overseeing and managing performance and service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep leaders informed by providing timely and accurate reports.
Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or Associate Degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience in managing a team of 18 to 20 associates.
  • Knowledge of supporting retail, streaming platform, travel programs as a customer service line of business.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to take charge and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong customer orientation when communicating and addressing issues.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.
  • Familiarity with metrics, their measurements, thresholds, targets, and process owners.
  • Pro-active attitude towards building trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; willingness to be a team player.
