Your Role in Our Mission

  • Craft compelling brand-aligned visual narratives through design, applying expert-level typography, layout, and color theory to deliver cohesive, accessible, and visually engaging materials across channels.
  • Prioritize projects, manage competing timelines, and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Elevate our brand narrative by ideating and executing creative concepts that communicate our mission and engage stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.

We are looking for:

  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience and a standout portfolio.
  • A robust body of work demonstrating strong visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail across multiple formats and media.
  • Advanced skills in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and working familiarity with platforms such as Figma, Canva, or After Effects.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal skills—comfortable presenting ideas, receiving feedback, and iterating with a multidisciplinary team.
