About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Partner Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing strategic partnerships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Your primary goal will be to drive partner-sourced revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and/or partner development, with experience working collaboratively with internal direct sales & service teams to successfully close deals. You will be able to develop strong relationships with senior executives and owners within the partner community and build a quantifiable business case that establishes and drives a strong mutually beneficial partnership.

  • Develop and execute partner enablement plans to ensure successful onboarding and certification of MSPs.
  • Identify and recruit new partners that will drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue for AvePoint.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor GTM strategies for partner success.
  • Provide exceptional account management support to partners, acting as their primary contact for any business development or technical enablement needs.
