Lead Data Strategist

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust validation techniques.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, methodologies, and findings.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts within the department.
  • Partner with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and analytics tools.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements

A successful Lead Data Strategist should have:

  • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics tools and platforms.
  • Proven experience in analyzing healthcare datasets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data.
  • A proactive approach to identifying trends and driving data-driven strategies.
