Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Car Aftersales Manager to oversee all aspects of our Service and Parts Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish sales and productivity objectives and forecast future performance.
  • Implement effective purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying, and advertising strategies.
  • Manage the vehicle pre-delivery inspection process (PDI) for new vehicles.
  • Solve problems and provide technical assistance support to customers.
  • Manage spare parts stock to ensure fast availability and turnover.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any Engineering/Management course or equivalent Business course.
  • At least 5-8 years of work experience as a Car Aftersales Manager, preferably from Luxury Brands in the Automotive Industry.
  • Technical familiarity in Aftersales Operations of the automotive business.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with MS Office Applications.
