Job Summary

Chapter Development Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chapter Development Director to lead our team in achieving organizational goals.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the Chapter Development Office and its staff to deliver office objectives and align with operational plans.
  • Ensure timely submission of budgets and yearly operational plans.
  • Oversight of staff compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Cultivate capacity building for CDO staff to enhance their skills and abilities.
  • Implement and enforce governance policies and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and high morale within the team.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for effective Chapter Development operations to ensure successful delivery of office goals and alignment with operational plans.
  • Provide guidance to chapters based on specified policy and procedure.
  • Responsible for approval or disapproval from management to governance level.

Lead in Monitoring of Chapter Assemblies and Elections:

  • Responsible for leading successful chapter assemblies and orientation programs.
  • Ensure chapter assemblies & orientation programs adhere to specified guidelines.
  • Reporting to senior management and governance the newly elected Chapter BODs.

Support to Chapters:

  • Present collective plans (different services and offices) to augment poor performing chapters.
  • Strong servant leadership, coaching, mentoring, and capacity building for chapters.
  • Design outreach and other program initiatives with chapters.
  • Address requested needs of chapters properly.
  • Assist chapters through close coordination with different NHQ departments or offices.
  • Liaison officer of CDO to chapters in case of deployment.
  • Provide assessment and recommended developmental activities to chapters.
  • Serve as informed voice for chapter needs, helping to surface issues and solve problems between NHQ and chapters.

Support to NHQ Departments/Offices:

  • Co-lead or support team in coordinating/linking with chapters.
  • Ensure continuous operation of chapters and collaboration with HRD Office.
  • Co-lead or support team in drafting policies, procedures, or guidelines involving chapters.
  • Coordinate with department heads on matters requiring cooperation and collaboration.
  • Co-lead or support team in capacity building for chapter administrators and understudies.
  • Provide technical support to Management, other offices, and Administrators.
