Project Coordinator Role

The primary goal of this position is to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. As a skilled Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of these projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Construction Phase: You will review project plans, assess quantity needs, estimate material costs, and establish budget allocations for payments and inventory management.
  • Contract Management: Your responsibilities will include preparing contracts, negotiating with contractors, and maintaining relationships with site managers and engineers.
  • Cost Control and Analysis: You will analyze costs, track changes, update budgets, and identify potential financial or construction risks that may impact the project.
  • Communication and Liaison: Effective communication between management and site personnel will be key to your success. You will also be responsible for tracking construction materials and inventory, sourcing maintenance costs as needed, and ensuring seamless collaboration among stakeholders.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will process billings, document progress, and develop strong working relationships with contractors to guarantee the timely and efficient delivery of projects.
