Responsible for preparing submittals, technical/shop drawings, and project reports. Manages and monitors all project documents, correspondence, and transmittals in line with ISO standards. Assists in audits, inspections, billing requirements, and ensures timely submission of documents from consultants and subcontractors. Supports the Project Manager in various documentation and coordination tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience as CAD Operator & Documentation works in the field of construction (Shop drawings, details, rebar cutting list & formworks)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and document control systems
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and documentation procedures
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team player with strong coordination and multitasking abilities
