Agile Project Coordinator & Cross-Functional Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Coordinator to facilitate fast, focused delivery in agile environments and drive alignment and execution in more traditional operational tracks. The ideal candidate will serve as both the Scrum Master for product and website engineering teams and as the primary project manager for non-technical initiatives across the organization.


Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of clarity, accountability, and high-quality execution by refining agile processes and team rituals.
  • Run daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for website and product teams.
  • Monitor sprint velocity and timelines, and identify and resolve blockers in real time.
  • Serve as the liaison between product, engineering, and design to ensure clarity and cohesion.
  • Work with department leads to scope projects, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and define success metrics.
  • Ensure visibility and accountability across all project stakeholders using ClickUp for planning and Slack for coordination.
  • Flag risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive consistent follow-through across teams.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Track record of managing both technical and non-technical projects in fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep familiarity with ClickUp and Slack as daily operating tools.
