Description:

This position leads the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a strong understanding of ethical marketing principles and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
    • Oversee the development of marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  2. Brand Management:

    • Lead brand development and positioning initiatives for pharmaceutical products.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
    • Maintain the integrity and reputation of the brand.
  3. Marketing Campaigns:

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Work closely with external agencies and vendors to develop promotional materials.
    • Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and industry influencers.
    • Lead communication with regulatory bodies.
  5. Team Leadership & Development:

    • Lead and mentor the marketing team.
    • Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
  6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work:

    • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
    • Collaborate with medical, legal, and regulatory teams.
  7. Market Analysis & Reporting:

    • Analyze market data and customer feedback.
    • Report on the performance of marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of ethical marketing principles and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and CRM software.
