Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

  • Responsible for resolving high-priority customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.

  • Conduct research and analyze customer data to identify areas for process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development to implement changes and optimize support strategies.

  • Deliver reports and insights to leadership on customer satisfaction, retention rates, and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and language for diverse customer audiences.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to navigate complex customer situations.

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer support tools, such as ticketing systems and live chat platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
