Facility Operations Manager

The position of Facility Operations Manager is a critical role that involves overseeing the planning and execution of technical assessments and maintenance surveys at various sites. This responsibility encompasses a thorough evaluation of facility infrastructure, equipment, and overall operational readiness.

This nationwide project requires an individual who is willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country. The successful candidate will lead and oversee technical surveys of facilities, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.

  • Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary survey teams, providing direction and assigning tasks.
  • Analyze survey results and develop detailed reports, including actionable recommendations for facility maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and personnel training requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to present findings, validate survey data, and support design review discussions.
  • Oversee documentation and tracking of facility conditions, identifying risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, along with 8+ years of progressive experience in facility assessments and technical evaluations.

Familiarity with maritime security infrastructure and comprehensive knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) facility standards are also essential.

Excellent project management and leadership skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, are required for this position.
