Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, with experience in professional facilities and property management.

  • The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring the availability and effectiveness of emergency response systems and procedures.
  • They will also manage budgets, ensure compliance, and implement sustainable environmental health and safety programs.
  • A key aspect of this role is providing technical support to other teams and ensuring effective implementation of management systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) with a valid license.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in facilities management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to build relationships and handle confidential information.
  • Experience in multi-site management and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Davao.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Facilities Oversight: Ensure the day-to-day maintenance and operations of facilities and support services.
  2. Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response systems and procedures.
  3. Compliance and Sustainability: Ensure compliance and implement sustainable environmental health and safety programs.
  4. Technical Support: Provide technical support to other teams.
  5. Leadership and Management: Demonstrate leadership and management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
