Job Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical, and a valid engineering license are essential
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in professional facilities management
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills are required
  • A customer-centric approach is necessary to drive solutions and continuous improvements
  • The ability to build strong relationships and handle confidential information effectively
  • Experience in managing multiple sites with regular stakeholder meetings
  • Flexibility to be assigned to Davao (Full Onsite) is a must
