Job Title: Executive Partner

    Job Summary:

The Executive Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic support and guidance on key initiatives. This role requires a high-performing individual with excellent communication skills, strong working knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System, and experience in using AI tools.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive and Strategic Support:
    • Manage and optimize the calendar, email, and priorities of the CEO to ensure focus on high-impact work.
    • Support the development of social media presence and thought leadership efforts through content research, industry listening, and early drafting.
    • Provide outbound support for booking speaking engagements and responding to inquiries.
  • Initiatives and Leadership Projects:
    • Coordinate board meetings, prepare materials, and ensure timely communications with stakeholders.
    • Drive special projects as needed.
    • Act as the EOS Administrator, preparing agendas, summarizing decisions, and communicating reminders.
  • Culture and Company Connection:
    • Plan and execute major company events, including annual kick-off, mid-year town hall, quarterly state of the company, and holiday parties.
    • Execute client appreciation initiatives that deliver learning and connection digitally.
    • Manage the monthly CEO newsletter process and other company communications.

    Requirements:

  • High performer within the organization for at least 12 months, with a track record of excellence.

  • Strong working knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System and ability to facilitate leadership meetings.
  • Skilled in using AI tools and eager to experiment with new solutions.

  • Able to juggle priorities and keep projects on track without dropping details.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with an absolute commitment to confidentiality.
