We are seeking a Sales Conversion Specialist to join our team.

This role involves working with highly engaged leads to convert them into customers for our premium courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of buyer psychology and be able to build rapport with prospects quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert warm, pre-qualified leads into enrolled students
  • Build relationships with prospects and identify how our programs align with their goals
  • Track metrics and iterate to exceed conversion benchmarks
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Strong grasp of CRM tools and digital sales platforms
