Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our clients' website projects.

As the primary point of contact, they act as a bridge between clients and our development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through the website production process until their site is launched.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the development team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain project scope and schedule.
  • Regularly report project progress to clients.
  • Offer proactive suggestions for enhancing clients' online presence based on industry best practices.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple website projects simultaneously.
  • Nurture exceptional customer relationships.
  • Monitor and resolve web project issues efficiently.
  • Deliver timely project status reports.
  • Understand clients' goals and provide guidance on achieving them.
  • Ensure clients receive the necessary services to meet their business objectives.
  • Support both internal and client projects.
  • Collaborate with other offices via phone and email.
  • Anticipate potential project errors before clients contact support.
  • Launch projects with minimal revisions from Quality Assurance.
  • Proactively review websites for issues and revisions.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and the development team.
  • Minimize escalation rates.
  • Manage weekly non-contact sessions.
  • Complete and pass Advanced IDX training.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing multiple clients or projects.
  • A background in art and design is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
  • At least 1 year of customer support experience serving U.S./North American clients.
  • Knowledge of internet-related products like web hosting and design.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
  • Goal-oriented and detail-focused.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Wordpress is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
