Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee our retail operations and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for premium retail, customer experience, and driving sales.

This role is responsible for managing daily store performance, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and mentoring store teams to uphold brand values and service excellence.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, collaborating with merchandising teams for stock accuracy and replenishment, analyzing sales performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Additionally, the Retail Operations Manager will ensure visual merchandising and store layout align with brand guidelines, organize and execute in-store events and campaigns, and increase engagement.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years in a retail management role, preferably within premium sports, activewear, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop high-performing retail teams
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership qualities
  • Passion for outdoor sports such as cycling, running, or fitness is a plus
  • Proficiency with retail systems and sales reporting tools
