Merchandising Supervisor Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will oversee daily merchandising operations across multiple store locations. Key responsibilities include ensuring proper product placement, replenishment, and compliance with planograms.

A successful Merchandising Supervisor should possess a strong analytical and organizational skillset, allowing them to make data-driven decisions and maximize sales.

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, category supervision, or retail operations. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily merchandising operations across assigned stores or categories.
  • Ensure proper product placement, replenishment, and compliance with planograms.
  • Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to source merchandise aligned with category trends and customer demand.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
