Job Overview:

At TKG Lifestyle, we are seeking a high-performing Operations Manager (Executive Level)to oversee daily retail operations across our portfolio of premium lifestyle brands, which includes %Arabica, Malbon, Gentle Monster and more Reporting directly to the COO, this role will lead a network of Store and Business Unit Managers, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, operational excellence, and sales growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with on-the-ground leadership, capable of driving performance through data, systems, and people. You'll work cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, HR, and finance to optimize store performance, improve customer satisfaction, and execute key initiatives. This is a dynamic, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

KPI:

The Operations Manager will be accountable for the following KPIs,including but not limited to:

Sales Growth per Store / Brand:

  • Consistent month-on-month and year-on-year sales increase.

Cost of Sales Management:

  • Maintain or reduce Cost of Sales % within defined benchmarks without compromising quality or customer experience.

Inventory Accuracy & Shrinkage Rate:

  • Maintain a certain level of stock variance across all stores e.g.
