About this Opportunity

This role combines hands-on technical expertise with the ability to provide leadership for a rapidly scaling engineering team.

You'll drive architectural decisions, optimize existing systems, and lead the delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the technical architecture for an AI agent platform.
  • Mentor and guide engineers (initially 2–3, scaling up to 10+), providing guidance on best practices and technologies.
  • Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering teams to align architecture with business objectives.
Technical Expertise
  • Design, build, and optimize front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks and tools.
  • Implement automation workflows using N8N and integrate vector stores/databases.
  • Develop secure local and remote deployments, utilizing Docker, Docker Compose, Linux, and Cloudflare.
Infrastructure & Deployment
  • Manage and optimize deployments, leveraging scripting, automation, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Oversee development environments, including setup, maintenance, and security.
  • Implement and maintain enterprise-grade security measures, contributing to discussions on scalability and customer needs.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven expertise in AI automation and workflow orchestration, with experience in N8N, JSON, and vector stores.
  • Advanced knowledge of Next.js, Node.js, JSON, and Axios API.
  • Strong infrastructure background, including Docker/Docker Compose and Linux-based development.
  • Hands-on experience with local networks, system security, and architecture design.
  • Experience managing remote deployments and instances, preferably with Cloudflare.
  • Extensive experience with Git versioning and modern project management practices.
