The Strategy, Risk and Performance Specialist will be responsible for providing support on the development and implementation of strategic, risk, and performance management programs of the company, as well as designing its processes, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Must be a Bachelor's degree holder, preferably with an MBA or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferably has one (1) year of experience in a technical or professional position involving judgment, problem solving, and communication with managerial or professional personnel, peers, customers, and other interested parties.
  • Preferably has two (2) to three (3) years of experience in the power industry or power generation.
  • Preferably familiar with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Information Security, Asset, Business Continuity, and Integrated Management Systems.

Available positions are in BGC, Taguig City, or La Trinidad, Benguet.
