Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to fill the position of Human Resources Generalist in our dynamic and multicultural environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR processes across the Employee Journey lifecycle.


Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Support internal recruitment activities including job posting, career fairs, and collaboration with universities.
  • Employer Branding: Participate in activities that promote our company's values and attract top talent.
  • Integration Follow-ups: Coordinate timely follow-ups to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Regional Graduate Program: Assist in the deployment of a regional graduate program in partnership with the recruitment team and HR Development Partners.
  • Learning & Development: Promote L&D opportunities to employees and communicate effectively with our Talent Campus.
  • HR Operations & Administration: Provide support with HR reporting, data analysis, and maintenance of employee data in HR systems.
  • Compliance and Policy: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and participate in updating internal HR policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions to enhance processes and workflows.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • Previous HR experience (internship or apprenticeship) is highly valued.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Cultural adaptability and ability to handle multiple priorities are necessary.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
