Supply Chain Planning Leader

The Supply Chain Planning Leader will oversee all strategic and operational aspects of logistics with a focus on shipping and distribution activities. This role is responsible for developing and implementing logistics strategies to support company-wide initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage logistics strategies to meet departmental objectives
  • Effectively manage and delegate work to team members
  • Collaborate with global teams for logistics alignment
  • Foster strong relationships with external service providers
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business or Operations or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing and logistics industry

This leader will have excellent leadership skills, be resourceful and assertive, possess great communication and interpersonal skills, and have good documentation skills.
