Talent Acquisition Specialist

A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes talent sourcing and candidate engagement, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment cycle support including job analysis, postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, interview preps, and onboarding.
  • Job postings across internal portals, job boards, and social media channels.
  • Candidate sourcing through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, databases, job portals, referral networks, and outreach campaigns.
  • Resume screening and phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Interview coordination between candidates and clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Presentation of candidate summaries to clients and hiring managers with clear rationale.
  • Offer extension, compensation negotiation, and smooth onboarding in coordination with QA and operations team.
  • Building a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles and future project needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven recruitment experience.
  • Experience recruiting within life sciences, healthcare, IT, or technical staffing is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with employment classifications is preferred.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and basic Excel functions.
