Job Description:

KMC Solutions' Growth Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Philippines.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and collaborating with partners and distributors to scale the business at speed.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently on a quarterly basis
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the Philippine market
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 5+ years selling complex technology solutions, SaaS, UCaaS, etc
  • Fluent English, Tagalog and/or Visaya
