Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Territory Support Specialist to join our team. As a Retail Territory Support Specialist, you will be responsible for processing administrative work for Retail Territory Managers, including posting station orders, reimbursement, and subsidy processes. You will also provide backend support to frontlines, monitor payments, approvals, and other items needed for floor-up. Additionally, you will prepare reports and databases and act as a source of data for officers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in sales and administration is required. Experience in oil, gas, retail, or related industries is an advantage but not necessary. You must be willing to do fieldwork as needed and amenable to work extended hours when required.
