Job Overview:

WHR Global Consulting, a renowned talent solution provider, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to fill a dayshift full-time role for its esteemed client in Ortigas Center.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals to excel in customer service and expand their career horizons. Key requirements include:

• Graduation from any 4-year course, preferably in communications or business management
• At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience as a Customer Care Assistant in the real estate industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in customer service, preferably in finance or real estate
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong people skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Outstanding organizational skills

Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, requests, complaints, and after-sales communication. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain proper client interactions, and effectively utilize systems. Regular monitoring of turnaround time and team volume will be conducted to improve overall customer satisfaction.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
