We are seeking a talented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time remote role, offering unlimited vacation, ongoing education and training, and bonuses.

Job Description

The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for executing research and financial analysis, developing analysis on budgets, forecasts and sales margins, conducting small-scale projects and ad hoc analysis and reporting, generating forecasts and analyzing trends for financial and strategic planning purposes, creating financial models of "what if" scenarios to help future business planning decisions, providing support for pricing and sales, providing interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts and reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies in data, assisting in development and delivery of various reporting packages, preparing financial deliverables, correspondence and filings, ensuring assignments meet the firm's quality standards, reviewing, analyzing and consolidating data from multiple sources, working closely with CFO and Controller teams, communicating engagement matters to managers and partners, and providing five-star client service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to assemble, communicate and present information clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must exhibit strong analytical / critical thinking skills
  • Solve problems using a detailed and well-ordered approach
  • Be attentive to detail, maintain standards and actively check for data accuracy before conveying final work product
