Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis. This role involves delivering financial reporting and forecasts, ensuring accounting data flows accurately through NetSuite and related systems.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience using NetSuite for accounting and reporting, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, and the ability to work independently and communicate clearly with executives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, developing monthly financial reports with variance analysis against budget/forecast, and building and maintaining operating models and dashboards.

In addition, this role will involve ensuring timely and accurate month-end close in NetSuite, working with accounting staff, reviewing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, and assisting with setup and mapping of new accounts or departments.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in FP&A
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial operations
  • 2+ years of experience using NetSuite for accounting and reporting
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort building financial models
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with U.S. executives
  • Fluent English (verbal and written), including professional financial communication
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA or equivalent accounting certification
  • Experience with budgeting tools & processes
  • Prior work in consulting, SaaS, or offshore services environment
