Job Title:

Account Manager for Promotional Products

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-value client accounts
  • Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform
  • Route orders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows
  • Communicate with clients via email/Slack as needed
  • Handle escalations (e.g., delays, product issues) with internal support
  • Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation
  • Ensure timely execution of all project milestones
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Review project requests from clients and configure projects/quotes on the platform
  • Manage day-to-day account operations while collaborating closely with internal teams
Requirements:
  • Priority: Vendor-side account management
  • 2-4 years experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting
  • Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production strongly preferred
