Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

This is a high-level role ideal for someone who excels in strategic planning, data analysis, and financial operations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management principles and experience working with financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Design and maintain operating models and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate the financial impact of initiatives
Accounting and Financial Operations:
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end close in NetSuite
  • Review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Help optimize NetSuite structure and reporting hierarchies
Cash Flow Management and Reporting:
  • Support cash flow forecasting and treasury planning
  • Track headcount, utilization, and financial KPIs
  • Prepare ad hoc financial models to support pricing, hiring, or strategic decisions
Reporting and Compliance:
  • Maintain internal reporting packages for leadership and investors
  • Provide financial data and analysis for external audits or tax filings
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in FP&A, and a strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial operations.
