Financial Planning and Reporting Professional

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Reporting Professional to join our Finance team.

This role is 100% remote, with U.S. Central Time hours. As a key partner to Finance leaders, you'll influence strategic decision-making, drive financial performance, and champion digital innovation within our finance organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Build financial models, develop "what-if" scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform key initiatives.
  • Support scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts to inform strategic decisions.

In This Role, You Will Also:

  • Act as a thought partner to senior Finance and Business leaders, proactively challenge business assumptions and identify areas for digital and financial optimization.
  • Take full ownership of key financial deliverables with minimal supervision, delivering insights that influence strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
