Healthcare Liaison

We are seeking a skilled professional to connect healthcare providers with patients and families.

Your primary task will be to source qualified candidates for various healthcare roles, manage interviews, and maintain candidate records.

  • Sourcing candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conducting phone screens and managing interviews via HelloHire or similar tools
  • Utilizing platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommending ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency

We're looking for someone with 1+ years of recruitment experience, confident on the phone, great with follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics, is highly organized and detail-oriented when handling compliance tasks, and communicates clearly and professionally in English (written and spoken).

You'll work closely with our internal team to hit hiring goals, improve workflows, and keep everything moving.
