Are you a skilled automation professional looking to expand your expertise? We are seeking an experienced n8n Automation Specialist to join our team in supporting the automation side of our offshore recruitment business.

Maintaining and improving our existing n8n workflows is crucial for high-volume candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, making refinements to improve stability, and working closely with our technical lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex n8n workflows for high-volume candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize workflow performance.
  • Collaborate with our technical lead to drive automation solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with n8n, including building and debugging complex workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills across webhooks, HTTP requests, GraphQL, authentication headers, and JSON.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of low-code/no-code logic.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, Airtable, and APIs.
  • Attention to detail when testing automations.
  • Experience working with recruitment workflows is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • A reliable internet connection, suitable laptop or desktop, quiet workspace, and quality microphone or headset are essential.
