Role Description

We are seeking a skilled automation engineer to develop and maintain our automated testing system.

  • This position involves building, executing, and maintaining automated tests using open-source and commercial frameworks and libraries.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with browser-based UI testing and API testing.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration with the manual QA engineer to prioritize which tests need automation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining an automated test environment from scratch.
  • Using Cypress and/or Playwright to build out our automated testing system.
  • Utilizing BrowserStack for web testing.
  • Maintaining a high level of JavaScript engineering skill.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants should have:

  • Proven experience in building an automated test environment.
  • Strong experience with Cypress and/or Playwright.
  • Proficiency with BrowserStack for web testing.
  • A high level of JavaScript engineering skill.
