Job Description

The primary role of the Financial Analyst is to provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership by analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, and developing strategies to drive business growth.

This includes identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges within the organization's financial landscape and making recommendations for improvement.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of financial principles, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation and consolidation of periodic budgets, financial forecasts, and long-range plans.
  • Perform variance analysis processes against budgets and forecasts, delivering actionable insights on profitability and cost allocations.
  • Assist in the evaluation and tracking of new services, products, and reimbursement models.
  • Provide data support for leadership to ensure accurate reconciliation of net revenue and prepare comprehensive management reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Healthcare (required).
  • Two years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) (required).
  • Experience in healthcare accounting and/or analysis, knowledge of third-party reimbursement (preferred).
  • Proficient in analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Excel with graphical features, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
