We are seeking a Regional Compensation and Benefits Specialist to support our growth in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Philippines). The ideal candidate will have solid experience in shared service for HR programs and Compensation & Benefits management across the region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and managing benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR System and Data Management: Support the management and updates of HRIS and related systems, ensuring accurate employee details and compensation and benefits data.
- Employee Documentation & Letter Preparation: Prepare administrative documents such as Letters of Employment, Certificates of Employment, and Confirmation Letters, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Compensation And Benefits Management: Administer compensation and benefits programs across the region, ensuring alignment with local market standards and company policies. Provide input and support for salary reviews, bonus programs, and incentive structures.
- Performance & Payroll Support: Assist with performance review cycles and ensure accurate payroll processing and benefit payouts.
- Process Improvement & Policy Development: Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement within Regional People Operations.
- Regional Stakeholder Management: Develop relationships with HR and business teams across regions, providing expertise in compensation and benefits practices.
- Liaison With External Partners: Maintain relationships with external partners, insurance providers, and vendors to manage benefits offerings and resolve employee issues.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Administration, Compensation and Benefits, or a related role within a shared service capacity.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and data management tools (Excel, G-Sheets).
- Strong documentation skills, including preparing employee documentation and contractual agreements.
- Demonstrated process improvement and policy update experience within HR or compensation functions.
- Good understanding of local labor laws and regulations in the Southeast Asia region.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
