Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and effective learning experiences that drive business outcomes. Our team collaborates with subject matter experts to analyze performance gaps, identify learning objectives, and develop tailored content that meets the needs of diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies to address them.
  • Curriculum and Course Design: Design comprehensive learning journeys that incorporate adult learning principles, incorporating a range of formats including blended, self-paced, and instructor-led training.
  • Content Development: Create high-quality, interactive learning materials that cater to various learning styles, leveraging authoring tools to build digital content.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Develop formative and summative assessments to measure learner progress, analyzing data to refine instructional strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Learning Technology Integration: Seamlessly integrate tools and platforms to enhance learner engagement, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure content compatibility across devices.
  • Project Management and Collaboration: Effectively manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications throughout the design lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Any course or equivalent experience.
  • College Graduate/High School Graduate/SHS Graduate.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Instructional Design or Content Development.
  • Proficiency in Storyboarding and Training & Facilitation for SOPs, E-learning courses, Videos, and Job Aids, using tools like Storyline 360 or Rise 360.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
