Overview

We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can build secure, production-ready web applications from the ground up. This role requires deep backend and frontend capabilities, with particular emphasis on the ability to develop entire systems using pure PHP (no frameworks), as well as solid experience in Python using both Flask and Django.

If you're capable of building systems from scratch, care deeply about security, and can work with or without frameworks depending on the situation, you might be the developer we're looking for.

Responsibilities
  • Build complete, production-ready web applications using raw PHP (without frameworks).
  • Develop and maintain applications using Python with both Flask and Django frameworks.
  • Design, secure, and document RESTful APIs.
  • Implement and optimize MySQL and NoSQL database schemas and queries.
  • Ensure strict security compliance in code, APIs, authentication flows, and deployment.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and external services securely and efficiently.
  • Use tools (e.g., Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines) to optimize the development and deployment lifecycle.
  • Work on projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-powered features.
  • Maintain high coding standards, self-review, and contribute to internal code documentation and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong experience developing full systems in raw PHP (no frameworks).
  • Practical experience with Python Flask and Django for web application development.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and web security best practices.
  • Skilled in MySQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Security-conscious with working knowledge of common vulnerabilities and protection strategies (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
  • Ability to code independently without relying on AI, while knowing how to use tools and platforms to speed up development.
  • Willingness to learn and stay current with new tech, languages, and frameworks.
  • Experience working with or understanding LLM integration.
Preferred (but not required)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS or GCP).
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Experience building or contributing to open-source projects or internal developer tools.
